Abstract Purpose/Goal : The article focuses on organization development process based functioning of change motors; therefore, the author accomplishing three objectives. first objective involves adding to four motors described by A. H. Van de Ven & M. S. Poole fifth one, actually balancing motor. second deals with devising a five motor model interaction during life cycle an organization. represents stages functioning, description their and combination different this functioning. third implies developing describing method analysis interaction. Method Lewin’s field theory, punctuated equilibrium complexity theory common aspects were identified using comparative synthesis, which allowed as Results was developed metaphors conceptual modeling. Conclusion results presented in can provide more thorough understanding since they contribute explanation how declines its due decline be overcome implementing transformational change. use will insight into well further theoretical empirical research.
